March Meeting- Show me the money!

The Professional Republican Women’s club of Utah met for the monthly meeting Thursday March 2nd. The meal was a delicious dish of pesto lasagna, bread sticks, salad and chocolate cake with thick creamy icing. We received reports from each of the Utah delegations representatives and had lively discussion on the Bear’s Ears monument. January 5th luncheon meeting speaker was Robert Spendlove, Economist for Zions Bank and Representative from District 49.  He enlightened us about what the ‘economic indicators’ are and what they mean.  It was fascinating to learn about the ‘unemployment’ report and how so many workers are under-employed or have given up finding a job. November luncheon Speaker Kathleen Anderson

Christmas Luncheon

Christmas is a magical time of year…and our December 2015 PRW luncheon captured all of the wonderful themes that Christmas brings within the setting of the Governor’s Mansion!  We were delighted and privileged that First Lady Jeanette Herbert hosted our event at the beautifully decorated Mansion to approximately 60 of our members and associates.  Guests were delighted by Mrs. Herbert’s storytelling and enjoyed beautiful music and delicious food.  Plan to join us for our Christmas 2016 event…this is the highlight of the year!
